If you are a data distributor, ECDIS-Link provides you with the tools to manage your clients, collect their requests, and approve orders for the delivery of navigational information.

The first step is to sign a Distribution Agreement, which begins by submitting the relevant application form through the ECDIS-Link website. After review and approval, the official agreement will be sent to you. It comes into effect upon signing.

Your company will then be listed in the ECDIS-Link Distributors Directory, making it visible and accessible to potential clients.
You sign a service agreement directly with the client, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your region.

After that, you submit a request within ECDIS-Link to add the client under your service agreement. Once approved, the client will appear in your client list and gain the ability to send you chart orders through the system.
Client Agreement
The client (typically a Captain) creates and submits an order through their own ECDIS-Link account. Upon your approval, the system will automatically deliver the requested data.

An invoice will be generated and sent to you in accordance with the terms of your Distribution Agreement.
