Info ship/shore sharing

ECDIS-Link has embedded reporting and tracking capabilities, allowing manual reports to be shared via the ship's profile among all users. When the system is connected to ECDIS through the GET-ENC utility, reports can be collected directly from ECDIS either automatically or upon request from ECDIS-Link.
Ships’ reports and attached information are available in the Log Book menu, where the ship's position, route, and corresponding navigational information are displayed on the map. The list of reports is presented alongside and can be selected by the operator's choice. Attached information is available by a mouse click.

Logbook

In case ECDIS supports the ECDIS-Link open protocol or if dKart ECDIS SW is being used on board, there is an option to collect data at any moment by sending a request regarding the current ship's position, destination info, ECDIS screen snapshot, route info, ENC catalogue status, etc. All information is stored in the ECDIS-Link cloud database and can be viewed and analyzed by all those having access to the account via a web browser on ECDIS-Link.
